Real WHAT? IOUs? Real figments of his imagination?

This is actually scary if he really said this.

If I had any suspicion that he would say something anything like this, I would have listened. Even at least one of Clinton's budgets admitted that the trust funds were accounting gimmicks with no economic assets. Let me know if a literal text is published.
