The Spinco gambit worked. We got the GSM/GPRS IPR we needed, without fragmenting the company.
As for Dr. Paul, who holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from U.C.Berkeley, he is the brains behind BREW, Wingcast, and the wireless internet/digital media businesses. He is the future, whose time has come.
