George: Let me try to answer your questions. (1) How many times would you like each vote to be counted? How about once. (2) Do they need to be votes of live, eligible citizens? Not necessarily. (3) No answer necessary. Rehnquist's record as a GOP political henchman in Arizona speaks for itself. (4) Improving voting standards will never happen because the Repugs know that the more people whose votes are counted, the worse it is for the Repugican Party.
