CNBC reported that European and Asian markets near lows. Dramatic drop worldwide. Along the way, it would be reasonable to assume there are those that want to buy when everyone else had been selling. Selling of strong groups as well. Volume low on the markets, probably means the short ratio is on the rise. I don't need more reasons to be bullish. Still not pleasant to see the markets getting crushed but that is how it unfolded in March as well. Just wondering when the reversal takes place. (maybe as we get close to 1940 level--as some pointed to this level) If it goes lower than 1940 ...I will probably consider selling many long positions and wait to buy them again.
