The first is, obviously, going after the folks posting on Raging Bull. But the second looks like Dan the Man is going after some stock website (Stockpatrol?) or the guys that funded him (First Equity?), who have apparently gone around and said something he didn't like. Most likely via posting articles or something. Notice that StockPatrol is based out of New York and the suit was filed in New York. Not sure where First Equity is out of. It's hard to keep up with this guy <g> FM P.S. Something I still find hard to believe is that, Thomson K is selling all of his 5 million+ shares. That's over 1 billion shares, pre-split, he is selling.
