Well, I think with short term trading anything is possible, you can play the upsides and the downsides, like also Ike suggests.

But I expect the next four years down as even Greenspan admits we have a real estate bubble. (My interpretation is, that it has to pop before we have the grounds to start over, he didn't say that).

Of course I could miss the bottom, but anything's possibe...
