Steven: The mold issue may also be concern for insurance companies - Current policies don't rate this risk properly. In Texas, insurers are trying to separate it from standard policy. My RPM holding may partially be down on this too. They're DRIVIT biz is being sued, but they claim it's manageable. Thanks for posting the info.
