Scumbria: Method of operating a memory device having write latency It will be interesting how the grand wizard of memory carl interprets this filing. IMO it looks like Farmwald and Horowitz aren't interested in giving up on the patentable idea of methods of write latency for memory devices. I noticed they broadened it's focus to include more types of memory including SRAM and ROM. I see a lot of prior art listed. I am sure if I say anymore I will be called worse then idiot, fool and carl's favorite RMBS loser. john
