OTOH, fertility treatments lead to the birth of humans who would otherwise not be born. Should this not counterbalance that?
And ordinary conception quite commonly results in an early natural abortion- -often without the woman even knowing she was pregnant. If your rule applies, should not ordinary conception be illegal because it results in abortions?

and that it would be wrong to profit from the practice.
Is the practice acceptable if there is no profit?
