Chip, Do you track the "money on the sidelines"? I was chatting with a Schwab broker last night and he told me categorically that there is currently $269 Billion in Money Market funds in the U.S. This is what he thought to be the "dry powder" for a new bull market in equities. I told him I'd heard figures more along the lines of $2 Trillion on the sidelines. Any ideas where the truth might lie.... so to speak. <g> R.
