mortgages taken on during the bubble years are now unsupported by any home equity, a terrible situation to find oneself in.
it is one of the reasons why i keep railing against all bubble manifestations in the US, be it in the market or in RE. imo to allow such bubbles to grow to the sky is extremely irresponsible, and the Greenboink Fed has done just that.

It does not look good.

For example I loaned my sister-in-law some money to expand her business (in the chemical space) <g>

Now that it is payback time, she is ignoring my phone calls, letters, etc Chit!!!!

Love really hurts sometimes <ng>

Right now I am trying to solidify my base & am unrepentant when it comes to calling in loans FWIW only
