Amots, CNBC hints that Ralph Acampura just turned bearish.
Prudential analyst has been wrong since he lost his "guru" status back in 1998 or 1999. CNBC picks on him a lot...Mark Hains in particular.
Joe Kernan suggesting it may have turned the market higher late in the day.
They did not mention him by name but you could tell that was who they were talking about.

Seems like a silly indicator but...you never know.

BTW--it almost seems that traders want to possibly use such an indicator to move the market in the direction they want--so they started buying late day. Don't want to be betting on the same direction as Ralph and when people turn in large numbers...creates momentum especially in a "traders market". Not his fault but it seems like many use it as a reason to change their market leaning.
