Microsemi Falls Short on Q3 Revenue 16:12 PM EST, Jul 24, 2001 (MidnightTrader) -- Microsemi Corp. (MSCC) reported Q3 earnings after the bell tonight, announcing net revenue of $60.1 million. Net income in the quarter increased 39 percent to $4.9 million, or $0.33 per share, up from $3.5 million, or $0.27 per share, in the third quarter of last year. Analysts were expecting the company to post a profit of $0.32 per share on revenue of $61.17 million, according to First Call. The stock is down 4.9 percent on 5,700 REDIBook shares. * end of story *
