Gerald, The glitch involves an epoxy that fastens the DLP to its circuit board. That epoxy is having trouble holding during packaging and shipping. Therefore, the digital mirrors are losing their perfect alignment, and therefore the picture is marred. As soon as they can solve this "seemingly" minor problem, they will be able to ship in quantity. As for Judge Moron, I too don't understand what is holding this up. It is more than a little annoying.
