Bodybuilder Broccoli Salad

Combine 3 to 4 cups broccoli florets,
and 1/2 cup each of sliced red onion,
sunflower seeds, raisins and crumbled
feta cheese.

Dressing: stir together 1/2 cup plain
yogurt, 1/4 cup mayo, 2 tbsp sugar and
1 tbsp lemon juice.

Toss with salad. Season with salt and
pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Its really tasty and chock full of nutrients.
Good for a BBQ pot luck too. And I'm having
it for dinner tonight while Harold's eating
the chicken he barbecued on the spit.
