Haven't heard much discussion on what phase of the bear we're in lately. Heinz B. presents the case for phase 2: Message 16122883 I forget where I stood last. I was torn between phase 2 and 3, if I recall. Then I decided it had to be early phase 3, then I changed my mind back to late phase 2.
