Yes, once a day. He went from 285 to 325. Big guy, been a roofer all his life. Moved with his arms instead of his legs. He looks like a gorilla, little legs and huge upper body. Arms like most people's legs. Hands and fingers that couldn't do a keyboard. And one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
