Upgrading to WinXP because Win98 is crap

If that's the reason for people upgrading, well there won't be any WinXP sales boom this year. If your current OS is crap, most people will want to see XP prove itself first. Maybe many people will upgrade to escape the problems of Win98, but they will do it 2002... So not much of a sales boost this year.
