KRAN (Krantor Corp.); Bowsers company of month, May issue.

Presently annual sales approx. $50 million. Announced June 17
that Krantor intends to buy regional food distributor with
annual sales in excess of $200 million. Acquisition is subject
to certain terms and conditions. If completed, is expected to
bring Krantor's annual sales to close to $300 million. The name
of the intended acquistion was not disclosed due to a confidentiality
agreement with the seller.
