I hear some very interesting J.V.'s are in the works and hopefully will be announced this week . I'm talking major players here !! I expect once everthings out, NCS will take a leading role in this play over the next six months. The upside potential is incedible with only 4 mil. out and riding for free with a 50 percent interest.Hard to believe its still under $2.00 but I guess with the VSE in the toilet, its to be expected. Should be a great summer. Craig
