MSU Signs Major U.S. Distribution Agreement with N.C. Company

MILTON KEYNES, U.K., June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Jerry Capaci, Vice President, Business Development and Marketing, of MSU Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:MUCP) announced today the signing of a major distribution agreement with ISPTV Inc., an affiliate of Primeline Communications Corporation, organized specifically to market MSU's flagship Internet product, the Slipstream(TM) Internet Appliance under the product name of ISPTV(TM). The Agreement calls for ISPTV to begin distributing initially 300,000 units. Shipments are expected to begin shortly.

``MSU is quite pleased to announce this Distribution Agreement'', said Capaci. ``There are approximately 94 million households in the United States; only one-third of them have computers while the vast majority have television sets. ISPTV Inc. has the client base, the network, and the experience to immediately market MSU's Slipstream technology under its own brand name, ISPTV, to Internet Service Providers across the United States, making low-cost television Internet access possible for more of the general public as well as existing computer users. ISPTV makes the perfect 'second car' in a multi-user computer household.''

``The name of the game in the Internet is going to be access, as well as information and Service. MSU Corporation is the only company with a product that features a proprietary, open architecture technology, the Slipstream, which allows the end user to access the Internet through their own current Internet Service Provider (ISP)'', said Carl Farrington, CEO of ISPTV Inc. ``Our corporate data base includes over 4500 Internet Service Providers (ISPs) now servicing millions of accounts using computers to access the Internet. They need ISPTV to effectively market their services to an entirely new market segment and compete against companies such as WebTV, whose higher priced, television-based Internet products completely eliminate any chance of consumer choice in selecting an Internet Service Provider.''

``Primeline Internet Services has already shipped samples to numerous ISPs over the past two months and has received such a positive response that we signed the agreement with MSU. We are confident of reaching our sales targets'', said Farrington. ``We are going to give ISPs the ability to compete and continue to provide their services in this new Internet appliance market.''

ISPTV Inc., a privately held company located in Canton, North Carolina, is affiliated with both Primeline Communications Corporation, a leading software development company, and Primeline Internet Service, Inc., the largest Internet service provider in North Carolina.

MSU Corporation designs, licenses, and sells proprietary computer chips, chipsets, and other products for use by internationally known OEM manufacturers of multimedia consumer and computer products. The Company's Slipstream chipsets and associated systems are utilized in CD-based video entertainment and education computer systems involving full motion and animation, high-quality sound, and interactive capabilities.
