You are 44 and into financial services and so is Mr. Mack do you happen to know each other? I am sure your alma matter wouldn't be happy about your spelling capabilites (laffing??). I guess you don't know how onerous class action lawyers are during discovery. Do you know how long it take them to file one of those suits? Turn around is real quick. A former student of mine does it for a living flies around, types out this standard form he carries with him and zap!! It's filed. Then he gets a bunch of out of luck lawyers pays them 25 dollars an hour and gets mounds of papers and computer disk and hard drives!!! They go through all of it. Has NASD ever investigated anyone at your firm? Ask them about their experience. Ask your compliance officer. I am sure you know how careful you must be before you post being a series 7. Do you show your posts to your compliance officer? Does he even know you post? Better Safe than Sued.
