What do you believe is the current surplus of energy supply of California vs the demand? What do you expect to be the increase in demand if the California economy grows? Based on the mix of power used by the US today what power would be available if CO2 emissions were restricted to the 1990 levels? How much less power could be produced? If this were the case do you believe that there would still be a surplus of energy in US and California? Do you believe that the economy should be allowed to grow at all? Explain to me the above in the context of Kyoto. As an engineer and what I have read, the only global warming problem is the vacant liberal minds perception of all the hot air they release when they gather together in a room.
