Not commenting on whether prayer in public should be allowed, but do believe your assertion above is false. Allowing prayer in public does not mean they pray out loud, which you seem to believe by saying that "people (are) forced to listen". At least if you are referring to allowing prayers in school. Please clarify what you mean or correct me if I am wrong.
