Short squeezes are like the stock market predicting recessions. Often predicted - rarely occur.

The odd thing to me is that this sudden jump in short interest happens around the time of the company selling shares and converts. Could shorts have pushed the stock down to influence the pricing of the share sale and convert exchange rate?????

Unfortunately, we will never know. We have moved through that 38.40 conversion price so the stock will have more shares to absorb from hedging.

I can say that I am glad they pushed it back to 30 since it let me add to holdings.
