Aviron's done a good job dumping all the dead weight from their executive staff over the last few years. In addition, they've demonstrated that they have effectively "fixed" the manufacturing problems which initialled KO'd the first BLA. I can't imagine what would hold up approval this time around.

Either way, the action on AVIR tomorrow is going to be explosive.
