Jonathan,

I think we all agree with what you've said. The question is, if we oust Rhodes et al., who will take charge of this company and hire new management? Where will we find top managers willing to stake his or her career on the future of a small and severly crippled company like PRLN? The way I see it, the only hope is an alliance or a takeover.
