Andreas, re: There's always the possibility that AMD invents the time machine. If you look at the last few roadmap "updates" from AMD, they apparently have already mastered time travel -- unfortunately only in one direction so far. Yes AMD seems to have hit an execution wall. I haven't seen much discussion of why on the AMD thread. They were looking pretty good a year ago, what happened? Personnel problems, chasing too many projects at the same time? If they do perfect that time machine, could you swing it so I could read the WSJ a day in advance? John
