What would those restrictions be? Jeepers a guy sure has to repeat himself a lot with you. I'm talking about a registration with periodic checkups. This way the people can know that the guns are with the people they are supposed to be with. The second part is that guns would be denied those who commit felonies or other specified ineligibilities (such as pleading insane to a charge or something). TP
