Andreas, re: Well, one theory (that was briefly discussed on the AMD thread) is that things fell apart after Atiq Raza left. Could be, the 80/20 rule really plays out in management. Others are closer to the industry, I wonder what Paul would say. Still, if there is anything we have learned, it is that competitive advantage can turn on a dime. John
