I say your wrong. Pacel is going sub penny because they will issue more debentures...floorless convertibles even. This is the worst managed and planned software penny out there. It won't survive in my opinion. They are diluting the stock and conning the shareholders. I was there when Calkins wanted to increase the float and said "in case of a hostile takeover attempt we need more shares". I voted no...and still say no. What type of buffone develops a product and doesnt know what it will cost to market it ? No planning and fly by the seat of your pants business focus. What a joke.
