Besides being overzealous to Jones about the source of this company's revenues and profits, I do not think I have been too harsh on anyone's ability to reason the facts. I do not appreciate being told that I do not understand what it is that I am saying. I am only trying to address the facts. We have a great company potential here, but there are some things we must know.
According to my book and the book used by the entire stock-trading world, accumulated deficit is debt, equally and wholly. It is a major deterrent to some individuals that this company has this much overall debt. It will take years to get back into the black, but individuals will buy if there is proof of growth. There are signs, but it is slow and not going to help having 60 million more shares in its arsenal to give away.
Ask Mr. Morrel how much accumulated debt this company has? There is no getting around this point, TopCat. This company has over $18million in debt. I did not make this up;its not my fault this is the status, but it is. It did not happen in quarter one 1997-it accumulated over the years of bad management. Accumulated deficit=debt.
