Actually, it's northern Washington, but you're essentially correct. The outcry over the Crown Jewel Project has made TV look like a walk in the park. Mind you, these are largely Seattle-ites with nothing better to do than stand in the way of progress. That the county has 11%+ unemployment doesn't phase these people either. They counter that the jobs are only good for 8 years; so what's wrong with that, right?! Anyway, it's a small NSR for Curlew on only a portion of the property. So, they won't become the next Franco-Nevada out of this, but it has paid some bills thus far, and perhaps it will make it to production in the next few years.
