Don, when do you "officially" look for the begin of end-of-month rallies?....aren't we still a couple trading days away (and in other words, room for more down)?

Also, in remembering your July 25 index update, wouldn't today have been exactly what one would have expected if (by using the July 25th index terminology) "a rally, but not too strong....just enough to relieve oversold condition (paraphrase)?

Today's rally did not seem impressive as any sort of impulsive, but seemed rather corrective....wouldn't/couldn't that point to down starting tomorrow...?

Got a little confused, for your July 26th update seemed more bullish (than previous' days), even though it appeared you got what you had expected with today's action. Why the switch?

Am I wrong here? TIA
