CYTOGEN Announces Management Additions
PRINCETON, N.J., June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- CYTOGEN Corporation (Nasdaq:CYTO) announced the addition of two new members to its management team. Lynne Pauls Baron has been appointed Vice President, Finance and Communications. Donald F. Crane, Jr. has been appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
Both will report directly to CYTOGEN's Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Thomas J. McKearn.
In her new capacity, Ms. Baron will oversee the financial, investor relations and communications functions of the Company. Most recently Ms. Baron was Managing Principal of Prescription Capital, Inc., a corporate finance consulting firm. At Prescription Capital she managed financial strategies for early stage companies, corporate partnerships, institutional investor strategies and financings for a variety of businesses, including biotechnology companies. Prior to this, Ms. Baron was an equities research analyst for several major institutional brokerage firms, following multinational drug companies and selected biotechnology companies. She has also held management positions with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly and Company. Ms. Baron holds a Master of Business Administration degree with honors from Indiana University, Bloomington. |
