Steve, It sounds as if you are negative on the Brazil telecoms at these levels. Would be interesting in hearing your thinking on these. With TBH hitting all time lows this stikes me as more of a buying opportunity. Seems Argentina must know they have to balance the budget and that this will all blow over without major repucussions.
