3 putt, since Omega bought WOW, i would expect that it will be difficult to count upon or expect legacy support Omega had stated that one of the reasons why they had acquired WOW was because of their real time data feeds which Omega has been incorporating into their other products. Obviously a lot of integration is necessary to adopt to all the different platforms, between WOW, Supercharts, Omega Research and all the other platforms that they may service, my suggestion would be to contact customer support directly as the most efficient method to resolution
