Check out the two CLX and two CLXPP pages--and see where the data ends. I suspect they have no cells filled below the date you mentioned. The 'daily sum' is linked to those pages and the summary so it is necessary to 'fill down' the formulas and links in those other pages to get the summary. I recently filled down about 50 more rows (days). Joanne
