Greg, Good luck with your quest. My dealings with insurance companies have een very frustrating, but occ successful. I have a cute little boy I take care of who had multiple problems right from birth-heart, airway, stomach... wasn't clear if he would even make it. He is 5 now and I have referred him to plastic surgery to fix his very unusually shaped ears which are part of his syndrome. His parents want them fixed before he starts school with good reason,as he will likely be teased unmercifully. I finally got approval after writing several letters. Get your doc to stay on them-heck ask him if you can write a passionate letter in your own behalf and have him sign it-we often have little time to do things like that.

Best of luck,
Trip
