THANK YOU! On that other matter we were discussing earlier, I'm still working on "permission to copy" the private letter issued by the IRS re: taxable and non-taxable bullion items, as well as the ruling they were enforcing in Oregon re: $10,000 per day reporting of bullion transactions under the CFTC rules/definition of what was a commodity. The dealer in question has it in a 3 ring binder on his desk and told me in no uncertain terms he would NOT FAX it to me or photocopy it either. He doesn't remember doing business with me at that time either, so I'll have to try to find the time to go see him the next time I go to Portland over 300 miles NW and try to talk him out of a hopefully legible photocopy while I'm standing there in his shop. Just didn't want you to think I'd forgotten.
