Maybe you should learn something about the nature and growth of gangs in southern California. Every Orange County city now staffs a Gang Enforcement Unit. It's serious crime. This is a recent phenomenon, because we experienced an explosion of gangs here in the last 20 years. I won't bother describing them, because I really don't care what Pollyanna bullsh#t the rest of you experts want to believe.
