My one experience with customer support was not very promising. I had called in early June to complain about the way that WOW handled holidays. They were showing, for example, MSFT trading 23 million shares on Memorial Day. For some reason, they just duplicate the previous day's data on a holiday. The woman I spoke to at support very courteously explained that they knew about the flaw in the program, but their efforts were being directed to the newest version of Tradestation. There was no projection as to when they would look at WOW again. I left PC Quote after 3 years because WOW offered more reliable data for 1/3 the price. Where do I go now?
