Yes, Jan, if you know that it will go there and hold there. You might wind up either waiting forever, or joining all the dipsters who've been dipped at past guaranteed support levels. Unfortunately, only e-wavers have definitive answers regarding the future, but I can't seem to reach them on the Earth plane. I'm not sure how to communicate with them. Maybe horse-whispering. Esperanto? Astral travel? Local welfare offices? Homeless outreach? I really couldn't say.
