Yeah..."responding to your initiatives"...another way of saying "pumping up the nuke arms race" by spending $100Bn on a 21st century Maginot Line so we can also get scientific benefits from AI and better computers.

So really what we are after is protecting LA from the Chinese who want Taiwan and they are going to threaten because we don't have our 21st century Maginot Line or not threaten because we have one????.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot the asteroid protection benefits.

Isn't there a cancer cure somewhere in this 21st century Maginot Line also?
