Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Have you asked the company about the kind of terms under which they intend to sell this newly authorized stock, and how the proceeds will be directed to operations? As you have pointed out, this company has huge capital needs over the next few years. For current shareholders it will be seen as a big plus if the company is able to raise the capital it requires. How big a plus that is will of course depend on the terms under which the capital is raised, and you are right to caution investors that it is possible that those terms could be unfair to current shareholders. Before coming to conclusions one way or the other, however, I certainly wouldn't act without more information.
Thus far, the management has done nothing to suggest they are unethical. If there was a hint of that, it would be the end of them all don't you think. Consider that they have already raised almost 100 million and whoever has given them that surely did some due diligence. I would be astonished if the company were to take some action now that would severly dilute the interest of the people who have invested so much up to now.
Of course, anything is possible and I hve been astonished in the past.
