Peter Hoadley's free Option Strategy Model (current version date 07/25/01) and Excel add-in look interesting. I would prefer a more straightforward guide than the online tutorials but it is free.

If you like the Excel based approach, then you might also be interested in OptionStar.

There's a review in the current issue of TASC (available on the OptionStar site) which is where I first saw it. The free version includes P/L tables and graphs for any custom spread, time decay, and Black Scholes. The full version is only $199 and includes more features, including a free delayed data feed (with real time data available through the CBOE).

I'm going to be playing around with these for a while.
