Richard Brown (EDS - CEO) was on CNBC yesterday after the earnings conference call. After his elevator pitch, Susan Herera the show's anchor asked "what possibly can go wrong?". "if EDS does so well in bad times, will it do poorly in good times?" Richard laughed and said that EDS would continue to emphasize delivering a good value proposition and implied that the market will buy this in either good or bad times. EDS is still a BIG BIG mystery to most financial program personalities. They just cannot grasp the EDS business model. Thank god for IBM validating it otherwise it would be totally lost cause.
