Who do you think gets all the contracts for these 1900 new power plants and wilderness oil drillings

uhh ... The way it works is that the company pays the government, either royalties or leasing fees for drilling rights. Yep they may make some money. I know you dont like it but thats what happens when you risk your capital.

As for building power plants that is done by construction companies contracted to utility companies. Not the government.

Do you have any clue as to how business and economies work ?
