Hi thread, the thing to watch is cash flows. KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL FOLKS! Cash flows will be negative this quarter, but how badly? We need to watch cash flows, DSO and inventory levels. That's where the real game is being played. Goodwill and goodwill writedowns are all smoke and mirrors. Cash is king. If they can be operating cash flow positive this quarter or even next quarter, then we have to value the company based on that. Forget earnings, it's a waste of your time looking at it, unless you adjust it for all the chicanery.
