you are bang on regarding the cash flow issue. they look like they have a fair bit of room given the positive cash flow of last qtr and the current bank.

the writiedown means very little, nor did anyone really get hurt. if i buy your company and pay 10 times too much that usually isn't good. but what if i pay you in currency that is 10 times overvalued.

This is all a wash.

Unlike NT, these guys have no debt, so no-one is standing there with their hand out looking for $50 million of interest payments every month.
